IRVINE, Calif. - Sept. 9, 2025 - iHerb, one of the world’s largest online retailers dedicated to health and wellness, has selected the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area for its newest fulfillment center, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering trusted, affordable products with greater speed and efficiency..
The 232,000-square-foot facility, located at 221 Western Blvd. in Denton, is leased and operated by Lotte Global Logistics. Equipped with advanced robotics, state-of-the-art warehouse automation, and AI-driven fulfillment software, the center is expected to process over 20,000 orders per day at full capacity. This expansion significantly shortens delivery times—by nearly half—for customers across Texas, the broader Central U.S., and Mexico.

iHerb currently ships more than 50,000 products—ranging from vitamins and supplements to beauty, baby, grocery, and specialty health items—directly to customers in over 180 countries. All products are stored in GMP or ISO-compliant, climate-controlled fulfillment centers that maintain a consistent 74–75°F indoor temperature to protect product quality, safety and integrity.
